The Tigers are delighted to announce Daniel Urzi has joined our coaching ranks as Youth TD U5-18.
Dan’s role is to oversee & develop our grading process, review our ABC Junior Football setup and very importantly coach our junior coaches. Dan will also take on the role of u18A coach this season and work with the MPL coaches on transitioning these young men to our grade squad.
Dan holds many qualifications and is highly experienced, a C coaching license, head of coaching development at East Coast Soccer school, a former Mariners Academy junior coach and is an experienced presenter of Football Australia’s junior skills training courses which will hugely benefit our club coaches.
Dan also holds many US and English FA accreditations.
Prior to coaching Dan had a successful junior career in Newcastle before succumbing to injury with the pinnacle being a spot in the youth Olyroos team.
