VS GOSFORD CITY (WON 2-0)

Wyoming couldn't break through Gosford's rock solid defence in the first half, but Sophie was able to find the back of the net twice in the second half, thanks to some great attacking and passing from the midfield and of course, her always cool, calm and collected finishes. Wyoming were without an experienced keeper this week, however the girls made it an easy job for stand in keepers Alex and Carol, who barely had to touch the ball.

A great team effort! Congratulations Tiffany on player of the match.

VS OURIMBAH (LOST 0-1)

WAA3 came up against their toughest opponent so far this season, unfortunately scraping in with the minimum 11 players. The girls could feel the effects of missing some key players and just couldn't get one past Ourimbah. However, they gave it their all and thanks to some brilliant goalkeeping by Kristy, came away with only a 1-0 loss.

WAA3 enjoyed their first game together as a full strength side and welcoming 7 new players to the team. Within minutes they were up 1-0 and continued to dominate to end with a 4-0 win. A fantastic team effort. Well done to strikers Renee and Sophie for 2 goals each and congratulations to player of the match Amanda!
